The School

The Arnould School of Dance and Drama has been established for 65 years and has grown into a widely acclaimed theatre academy, with classes held in the Surbiton, Kingston and Chessington areas. Under the present principals, Norma Arnould and her daughter Victoria, the school continues to excel with great professionalism as a result of their own experience working in theatre, television and film.

Testament to the Arnould’s success is in the sheer number of former pupils returning with their children and grandchildren. Pupils who have trained with the school, some since the age of 3 have appeared in many West End musicals, plays, television and pantomime. Our seniors students move onto dance and drama colleges including Laines, Doreen Bird, Art Educational, Brit School, Urdang and Mountview. Students have also joined the Royal Ballet and other European Ballet Companies.
